Hi all

Is there any way of coding the DRL to come on during the day as coming/leaving home lights.

As standard they come on with the ignition, and standard coming/leaving home are full headlights if it's dark enough - surely there must be an inbetween????

Basically no.....

Your options are:

1) DRL full brightness with ignition

2) DRL full brightness even when switched to side light, rear lights and number plate lights also come on

3) DRL dimmed and headlights as CH/LH lights when dark enough

4) DRL dimmed and headlights and fog lights as CH/LH lights when dark enough

5) DRL dimmed and fog lights as CH/LH lights when dark enough

The only way I know you can what you want, is to put some tape over the light sensor and select option 5 :-)

Ah ok! Cheers anyway

There will be a way of doing it by manually assigning the CH/LH functions to lighting channels manually BUT it would be a PITA to do and probably take hours of experimentation to get it right.

Edit, just noticed you said during the day. In other words, you want DRLs on if the car is unlocked basically?? Don't think you can do that.
