FL vrs interior options

Featured Replies

Hi all new to forum bar couple of posts and im looking at a fl vrs hatchback, I really dont like the vrs half leather seats due to the creamy coloured cloth that wont go well with the kids lol, anyhow is there an audi perhaps b8 saloon or vw interior that will fit ideally leather but the golf mk6 gtd cloth is nice, any input would be great

I have half leather with black, so that was an option, although I bought from original owner.

I did not see any others around at that time without the black and grey seats.

Anything else will be quite rare.

Good luck

Golf Mk5/Mk6, Seat Leon Mk2, Audi A3 (3P) front seats will be a direct fit with slight modification to airbag plug may be required as the plugs changed depending on year,

however you will struggle to get the rear seats to fit as they are seem to be different compared to the octavia so guess finding a vrs with full leather is the only option if you don't like the light coloured interior due to having kids

There are numerous products on the market that will provide a good barrier again dirt and stains on standard vRS seats, so don't let that put you off if its just worrying what the kids will do. Something like the above with their w2 cleaner would be a good starting point. If you post a question in the styling and care section specifically asking whats best the guys there will let you know what's best.

or you could look for full leather, not that common and you might have to be patient/be prepared to travel but they are out there, though you can't have mine LOL.

TBH although the lighter panels look like they're going to be a nightmare they actually aren't that bad to keep clean.  I had my kids throw everything they could at the first vrs i had (standard half leather/greyinserts) and although it got messy it cleaned up fine everytime.

for my next car i chose the black alcantara inserts & red stitch  - better but as above although this was not an expensive option it was not well described on the option sheet or publicised by the dealers, or available for very long so its a rare option.

Leather is probably best if you find it however, or just go with the std interior + protectant or covers?
