Well, what can I say.... WOW!!! WHAT A CAR!!!! I have now done 70 miles in total, and it is fantastic, quite, smooth, the DSG gearbox is real smooth, can hardly feel it change gear.. and space... how the hell do they do it??? it is 175mm longer than the Exeo, and 50mm wider, but with the driver seat in the correct position I at 6 foot 2 can sit in real comfort and stretch out in the back, it must be 3 times the legroom.... 

I will take an interior shot when I get it out the garage.... Smiles, Kid, Christmas all spring to mind Lol

When I get it in a better place I will take some better pictures.... 

And D.M.Keith in York are fanatstic! ;) well in my opinion they are :)

    Looks fantastic... The only thing I don't like are the new font badges on the boot (I would remove them personally)

    You could say that :) I thought that the Seat Exeo was the best car I had ever driven, and out of the 7 SEAT's it was, but this is by far the best.....

    It is nice, the colour goes very well with the dark brown interior, which I have to admit it is a lot darker than the pictures... 

     

    When I collected it, it was in the showroom, all covered up in a white sheet with a notice saying that i was collecting it and a personal thanks from the dealership for my business... In fact the General Manager spoke to me, and thanked me for my business, as did the salesman, and asked me if I was happy with the way I had been treated... I cannot fault there service.... 

     

    I have too say, I am opposite to you, I really like the new badges compared to the old one's. but I suppose it is just a personal preference :)

    I am always worried about kerbing wheels, and they look expensive to repair or replace :( 

    Whilst searching today came across a Skoda spares site showing "coming soon" the Sirius wheels at £140 each not sure if that plus vat or not. However, if they do not have any it does not matter what price they show:0)

    Cover up job £50 ish refurb to showroom condition £135 plus vat oooch!

    I have access to the VAG ETOS system, the Sirius wheels are about £350 each new :( I will be taking great care.....  :peek:

    Quick question... I know there is a clock in the MAXIDOT display, but is there a way to see one on the Columbus screen so the passenger can see it? 

    There is, somewhere buried in the Columbus settings....called "display time" or something.

    Nice car and unlike damo, I do like the new font! ;-)

    They would be more than a little foolish not to treat you this way when they know your other interests. Enjoy the car, looks great.

    My local dealer quoted £362.66 each!  Just bought 4 @ £158.22 each, to put winter tyres onto.  Free delivery and good service. Here's the link

    Err... not used it Lol I did about 60 miles over the weekend and put it in the garage :) I use another day in day out for work.... Will update soon :)

    That's great Stuart. Been looking for something like that to justify the 4X4 to myself!

    If it's true I am glad I chose the 4 x 4 :) especially as I live in the country and get snowed in on the odd occasion :0
