I've just converted that in my Skoda app and it translates to : Good luck our British friends. You won't see your cars until Christmas.

WCH - no idea, possibly something to do with OBDII from what I can establish.

I didn't try it myself but it seems like it works for most but not all of the latest feature codes.

Actually it seems like it doesnt work with any of those codes. :(
