Ebay is the best route......either that or the OC Facebook site. The going rate for a roadworthy Estelle is over £500 on Ebay whatever the condition.

If I could get away with keeping it secret from the mrs, I would snap your arm off for it..

Normally you would need to be a freedom member to post this type of topic up but im letting this topic run as classics get a bit of discretion.

Good luck with the sale.

So sorry to hear of your woes, hope you get a good price

Selling the car would at best only get you a months rent and you'll soon be back in the same boat however needs must. Not sure what she is worth but its going to be around the £500 mark, possibly less depending on whats wrong.

As a previous owner, and sadly short of spare cash, have you any rough idea on a price?

Good call Tom, think this one deserves to carry on, as you say the early skodas are a rare find.

Do what I do, buy now, worry later

Good ones are now fetching around the £2k mark sometimes more if they are low miles show condition etc. Tatty ones with an MOT range from £500-800 often depending on where in the country you live - (south west seemingly the best place). I sold my roadworthy but rusty 105lux earlier this year for £500 and people were fighting over it.
