Air conditioning not working on driver's side

Hi,

after working perfectly for 250'000 kms, the climatronic decided to give me a hard time.

The air conditioning is blowing cool air only on the passenger's side and not on the driver's side. The air on the driver's side is "as hot as the external temperature".

I found the following thread on the forum (http://www.briskoda.net/forums/topic/314919-climatronic-problem-on-drivers-side-only/), but restarting the car does not seem to help.

Do anyone has another idea?
