Rapid elegance few questions

Featured Replies

Is it possible to set the USB stick to random play or will it just play whatever track you select?

There is a "play all" bottom and I think it will mix the tracks but I'm not sure if it's the whole track list or just one album?

They're all in the one folder so hopefully will mix them up.

Thanks for the info. I don't have my rapid yet but thought I'd ask the question in case I need to work something else out

Same situation as me but it's nice to have the information at hand when receiving the car :)

I've gone down the USB stick route rather than the phone. They all show up and play with no probs up to now. Just got to sort out the back door water issue and the rattle on the gear stick in 4th gear.

No one as answered if they have managed to change the kph to mph in the maxi dot ??

Only way to do it is to get someone with VCDS to change the car's country code to Australia and then you can change the setting. It's because of some lame EU rule requiring all cars to be able to show KPH combined with Skoda's decision to not indicate KPH on the analogue dial :(

Cheers Thecko. I played with vcds with my Fabia Vrs doing basic stuff but would like someone with a bit of knowledge locally to do it as I don't want to knacker the car up being new :)

Ive read up that using eBay leads is a no go and only to use the ones supplied by vag as you may get issues with the ecu.

Unless it's just scare monger but I'm not going to risk it.
