Parking sensors

My car has fitted rear parking sensors. I was wondering would it be possible to install front parking sensors with the same screen functionality built in bolero?

 

Has anybody tried something similar with skoda dealer?

In theory it is possible. You need the sensors, looms, new parking sensor module and the switch for the centre console. Then it would all need coding in to the car.

 

At a guess it wouldn't be cheap to do.

Hello there, I am from Australia. I have just picked the Octavia and my dealer installed the front parking sensors for me, all integrated to the screen.

Did you get a price by any chance? I would have got them if there had been an option when I bought the car, but didn't want to pay for auto parking just to get the sensors.

No, I assume they will use an after market company that does, car alarms, in car infotainment etc.

It would be definitelly more expensive than ordered directly when the car was made.
