Aircon condenser replacing

Featured Replies

Anybody know how long time it takes to change this on my 125 kw Superb TDI CR?

The shop have had the car for two days now...

It normally takes us about 2.5 hours to swap and regas the condenser.

3 hours on an Octavia, you might be suprised how much needs to be removed to gain access...

This was at an A/C specialist who does this day in day out.

If yours is at a main dealer then I imagine they are still working out how to pop the bonnet.

It sounds like you have been to this workshop. ;-)

Sounds like they forgot to order a part. Or rather, given that there's only a condenser, some o-rings and maybe a drier, they forgot to order anything.

They just called and said it's ready for pick up...
