You undo the wire going into it and just pull the pack upwards!

Use 2 broad flat screwdrivers, lever the coil up simultaneously on both sides, until its high enough to pull out by hand. They come out easy enough. Make sure you invest in a t bar plug spanner to remove the plugs

you can get a cheap version from Tool station but it is a little flimsy.
