Finishkare #146

Featured Replies

Ok everyone I've made it clear I'm a sucker for QDS I'm also a fan of FK #425 and I've never seen this one before. Cyc have it for sale under there new products page, I'm very tempted to pick this up.

has anyone heard of it before or used it?

The way they have worded it in parts almost make it sound like a waterless wash. I look forward to hearing people's thoughts.

This is a great spray detailer that makes finish maintenance effortless.

Finish Kare have constructed this product using a blend of highly reflective Premium Polymer Resins, Anti-Corrosive Agents, UV Inhibitors, Mild Cleaners and Patented Anti-Static Agents. Just spray and wipe to get a clean, shiny, slick, and protected paint that resists dust! Polymer resins, anti-corrosive agents, and UV inhibitors boost the protection level of the existing wax or sealant while revving up the shine. Your vehicle will look just waxed in minutes. Finish Kare Anti Static Poly Wipe Finish Restorer Spray Detailer also contains mild cleaners to remove dust, smudges, light soil, oxidation, hard water spots, and bugs.

Finish Kare #146 Anti-Static Poly Wipe utilises a sophisticated formula which makes it possible to clean your vehicle and keep it clean with a simple 5 minute application. Just spray on, wipe over the surface, and wipe dry. The anti-static agents leave a slick finish which reduce dust attraction to minimise accumulation between washes.

31oz (916ml) Bottle with sprayer

Directions:

Wipe or mist on with a sprayer and spread using a damp cloth evenly over the surface. For the best results, use a soft, clean microfibre towel such as the Monster Microfibre Purple Monster. Do one section at a time and wipe until product is fully rubbed into the finish. Finish Kare Anti Static Poly Wipe Finish Restorer Spray Detailer car be used on paint, chrome, gel coat, fibreglass, and Plexiglas.

also they have a degreaser on the same page which I assume is new, which I will definitely be trying so I will post thoughts on that when I get it.

FYI it's called finishkare #817 sparkle citrus cleaner and degreaser and as with all finishkare products you get a lot for your money.

I used 425 but didnt like it at all (Beading Killer)...This stuff appears to be similar product

Only thing to do Carl is get some and review it

Interested in your thoughts on this, please keep the thread updated.

I'm also a fan of #425 & not had any beading problems.

The Finishkare range is certainly exceptionally good value. Worth investigating for sure :)

I've got or had pretty much everything from the FK range over the years except this, which has escaped me. I'm pretty sure it is meant as a general purpose QD with more cleaning power versus 425 which is definitely a finishing product with little to no cleaning power. It's important to remember in the US QDs were originally developed as an all-purpose product for mild cleaning, dust downs and restoring a bit of gloss between washes - this is where 146 comes in.
