Have a search of this forum as it has been discussed many times.  Stick with original oil & filter, these can be sourced from either a main dealer or TPS or Ebay.  You will be looking in the £100 price range for the parts alone.  There are several you tube videos which will show you how to complete it.

I intended to do the change myself but after a mix up at the garage it was done when in for some other work.

They used 5.3L so probably best to get 6.
