1.8t 4x4 wheels

Featured Replies

Just wondered if anyone knows if 15 inch wheels can be used on a Mk1 1.8t 4x4.

I am looking for some cheap winter wheels and there are loads of 15s around.

if its only got the standard 256mm brakes, yeah. mine runs on 15s all yr ...

I got some 16" spyders sat around aswell as 17" bith with tyres

But are they cheap.

I have 288 mm discs and I'm on 15s

Depends lol, how much are you looking to spend?

Some of the original 4X4s came from the factory with 15" wheels fitted.

Not a lot really as they are just for winter.

I may have a lead locally for some 16s but let me know what you want for them.

Where aboutd are you? To be honest i dont know how much they are worth but i do need to get rid

I guess 100 notes for the 16s as a starting point?

That's a fair price and around what I was looking at.

The problem is I am up in Sheffield and I go in for minor surgery on my foot on Wednesday so will be unable to drive for a few weeks.

I am looking at a set locally tomorrow and if that falls through the I will check to see if you still have them when I am back on the road if that's ok.

Thats no probs mate, just let me know, ill probablt still have em, to lazy to put em up for sale lol
