My first Skoda was also an Octavia, but a 2.0 Tdi PD140. Soon to be swapped for a CR170 Yeti.

Thanks for the welcome. There's quite a bit to learn about the Octavia. I've been quite busy using the manuals and have managed to extract the required information, so far.

I'm thinking of buying a 2006 Octavia Elegance estate, 2.0l TDI PD 140 and wanted to ask a few questions. I looked for a way to private message you so as not to clog up the forum but I'm new on here and couldn't work out how to do it!   :wonder:  I've introduced myself to this Introduce Yourself forum as of yesterday so wondered if we could have a 'chat' on that thread?
