I repeat my earlier point on this subject - I've never seen the magazine in question so how can I know if I want to save it. Sorry, but there it is ...

Thank you for your e-mail to Sylvia Auton regarding CCC which has been passed onto me.

It will be disappointing news for you but it is true that CCC will cease publication after the October issue.

As I am sure you can appreciate, the decision to close any magazine is never taken lightly, let alone one which has been in continuous publication for forty years. However, put simply, the reader base for the title had become too small for us to continue.

Publishing Director - Motoring

Oh well, doesn't look like it can be saved -- above is the reply I received from IPC from the e-mail I sent

Quick search on google shows that the title in question is "Cars and Car conversions".

Seen it on the shelves but never read it.

Looks pretty good judging from their website.

At least I know what this thread is about now.

Jabbasport had copies of it for customers to read, but there were so many different specialist VW magazines too that I didn't have time to look at a copy.
