Venue: The Snipe at Sutton, Alfreton Road, Sutton in Ashfield, Nottinghamshire NG17 1JE (just off the A38 off M1 J28 heading towards Mansfield) - See here for map and a menu

For those using sat nav - if you put in 295 Alfreton Road, you'll be about 150 yds away from the pub

Don't forget that quite a few of us eat there for a very reasonable price, so don't worry about gutsing your tea down before venturing out, and we get 10% club discount too      

 

 

Not sure how many ventured out last month as I wasn't able to make it due to family commitment..........kids, who'd have 'em?

 

Summer time will have just ended so it'll be a total blackout, but there'll still be opportunity for plenty of friendly banter

For anyone travelling from Lincoln, I think I heard on local radio that the bridge is closed at Kelham, so it will be necessary to go down to South Muskham, then across country
