Wheely Interesting Heritage.....................

Featured Replies

We laughed when there were some "Skoda" jokes on the forum a while back.   One of the jokes read "What is the definition of an Audi?"   "A very expensive Skoda!"

Well, here's your proof!   The wheels fitted to this Audi A4 are the same wheels as fitted to the Skoda Rapid Sport!   I knew Skoda was quality!

they look different to my eye (Rapid's spokes flare out toward the outside of the rim)

Sad to say but I think the wheels are slightly differant but there is definitely the argument to say they're the same now they share the MBQ chassis thing, lots of parts have always been interchangeable :)

Similar style but not the same wheels.

Why do people rave about MQB; found from my own observations the Heath Robinson chassis of the Spaceback noticeably better than the Octy III MQB.

I reckon it looks quite like an A4 in bright colours / big wheels spec.  With a bigger grille, who'd know?
