Westfalia towbar

Featured Replies

I have just found on my octavia estate the electrics and slot for a westfalia towbar

Unfortunately the swan neck part is not present.

Does anyone know if you can get the detachable part seperate or what the part number is?

I'll give the dealer a call incase it was supplied through them

It may sound a stupid question, but have you checked in the spare wheel well? , as I think there's a storage area in the polystyrene for the Swan neck.

I've just checked mine and unfortunately it hasn't got any part number on it.

HI

Yes checked, no sign of anything.

Are these skoda supplied normally? I have written to the previous owner on the off chance they have it or atleast know the model.

Mine was fitted before I owned the car, the invoice from memory was from a Skoda dealership, I'll check tonight incase it has a part number on it.

Ask the previous owner as a starter - and ask for the two keys. The swan neck is a heavy item around 4 kilos plus I'd reckon.

Sorry just remembered this topic!

The invoice from JCB Skoda of Basildon has a part number listed as EEA600001. Hope that's of some help!
