Erm there's no alcohol.

Has anyone ever noticed a tangible difference from such a bar?  It's not an area I expect a great amount of flex?

Can't say I noticed it too much, if at all, as it was the last of the strut braces I fitted. By far the most noticeable is the rear anti roll bar

Don't think there will be any noticeable difference, as all your doing is bracing the top shock absorber mounts.

So there is no weight or forces going through these points when cornering etc, as the springs are sat on the chassis :)

If the Fabia ran a strut with spring set up like on front then it would be worth having and you would gain from a brace :)
