Different engine?

Yes a different engine.

That one's been out a while but only available in the transporters etc.

We had one of them as a loaner at work, with a DSG box too it flew down the road!

Oh they shift.

Wheelspin is an issue though with tools in the back. Tyre shredder.

Soo many dont see it coming though, its brill.

Cheers Phil.

I'll be interested to see the differences. Why they didnt bring the transporter motor to the cars etc.

Intrigues me. Brill engine tbf

I don't see how it's a different engine from the transporter. Different turbos, bigger inter cooler and a different program on the the ecu, that the only changes I would think would be made. I hope the EGR valve problem has been sorted, had two of the bi turbo transporters at my last work and they both had to go in two or three times each for new EGR valves.

It might be principally the same engine (using the same block etc) I don't know.

It will no doubt have a different engine code even if they are very similar.

I too never understood why those 2.0 BiTDI engines were never seen in any cars.
