Buying a mk1 vrs - shortlist

I'm buying a mk1 fabia vrs this week and having looked in every possible place I can think of, Iv natrowed my choices down to 2.

1. Black, 93k, 8 months mot, full service history, cam belt and pump will be changed by dealer before I purchase. £3795

2.red, 65k, part service history, belt and pump change in 2011. Well looked after. However has minor rust on both rear arches. £4200

What's your opinions on the matter. Should I go for low mileage and take a risk on rust or go for a solid history?
