A friend has a Polo on an M reg, 1.3 petrol and when he starts it up it shows up '10 02' on the display where the mileage is.

Any ideas what the car is trying to say?

Its the service light.

I did think it was, but thought better check.

Dunk has a 1.3 the same age... and yes i';s the service light... can be reset by using some combination of turning the key znd holding the mileage button, but I'm not sure what it is!! sorry, not much help
