As it happens, yes.  Not sure if it's the best place, but I've always had good service from them, and the price is a lot more attractive than genuine ones.

I don't know of a petrol-engine Fabia that they aren't right for ( but happy to be corrected if there is).  First link I posted certainly suggests they'll be OK for yours.
