16" banded steelies

Here i have for sale is a set of 16" banded steelies, i am going to be very honest with these. 

i bought them from a guy who was suppsose to be a tyre fitter....went to put them on to find out the two front ones the faces were squint in the wheel causeing them to look buckled. after alot of messing about and money later they are now good enough to put on a car. I have lost all interest in them and just need them away. 

They fit on my mk1 fabia vrs....so will fit anything the same as that.

They need painted and they need tyres and balanced. 

I live in scotland just out side edinburgh...i will not post these but am happy to wait for a courier if need be or even meet somewhere to who ever is lucky enough to buy them. 

they are due me about £400...but £200 ono will buy them. i need them out my life. 

no time wasters no rocket polishers.
