I have a situation when I start my rapid 1.4 DSG from cold I can here a click from behind the dashboard (drivers side).

The click occurs when I turn the steering wheel left or right. after about 10 minutes the noise has gone.

I've just wondered if its anything to do with a temperature sensor effected by the increase in power from the steering.?

After a grazed hand and spraying WD behind the dashboard cannot locate where this click is coming from.

I can live with it as its not constant. Anyone else got this issue?

This is a new one on me!

But, No Issues here?

Nope - new one on me as well - are you near any of us (noticed you've not filled in your location) so one of us could have a listen?

Looked at this topic under 'Fabia click noise' it may be coming from near fuse box and it may be a relay.

As you turn the wheel from side to side there is the normal rev increase (power steering) and thats when I here this click. It goes after the car is run in after 10 mins. Annoying to start with and temperamental.

It must be something to do with fuse relay.
