Fabia 2 front armrest

Featured Replies

Hi all,

Anyone know a good after market front armrest for a Fabia 2 ? The original equipment ones are very expensive and second hand ones on eBay are like rocking horse p**....

Any recommendations are appreciated OR if someone has a black secondhand one for sale??

Cheers

I found one on eBay a year ago. Very easy to fit and half the price........and half the quality! If I where you, I would go OEM.

Try to find the original unless you want to ruin your interior's plastics drilling them.

Oem is defo the way to go. The other ones are cheap and tacky.

Just keep an eye out. I couldn't justify £130 for a new one either, but one turned up on ebay eventually for £60, like new.

Theyre the same as the one in the roomster, if that helps your search

Do not buy one of these cheapo ones. I have one in the car and its been used twice its so crappy. Get a skoda one. They dont come up second hand often but are worth it compared to the imitation ones.

I've fitted an OEM arm rest and no problems with it.

Anyone got the part number for the plastic insert? Armrest makes almost impossible to to reach the kids in the back. So out it came (sorry not for sale). Used it maybe twice in 18 months.

Can't help sourcing a cheap one but can say they are well worth having. Wouldn't want to be without mine although seat belts and handbrake are less easy to get at but you soon get used to lifting it up out of the way then quickly back down again. Makes the driving position really comfortable.

I've rarely lifted mine up since i fitted it, and i drive with it on the lowest setting.

Handbrakes a little bit of a pain but i just put my arm around the armrest.

I've just got used to it i think.

Super comfy in there now though. Felt abit lost without an armrest before haha
