Interestingly, I have always wondered about the popularity of diesel cars in inner cities, given that there is onmly any cost savings benefit with high mileage users..

I see that one being challenged in court.

 

People that live in cities are actually allowed to have other places to live as well, and to travel,

they are not tied to their Postcode area.

 

Taxis / Black Cabs, Dirty Diesels, Cars often in Cities for a long time now.

& Inner City Delivery Vehicles,  & Buses, 

all need got rid of.
