Amundsen Sat Nav unit-Sold.

Featured Replies

I have my Amundsen unit for sale, it originally came out of my Yeti and now resides in my Fabia Monte Carlo. I have recently purchased a Chinese unit running Android (possibly a bad idea but we will see) and now this needs to go. I am looking for around £200 but am open to offers.

Good price, someone should have it.

Not looking to buy but does it come with maps and if so which version?

Hi, IAM definitely interested and would like first shout if suitable.

Don't know much about Amundsen, as I had Columbus before.

Is it a Amundsen + and about how old. Does it read the maps of a disc or a hard drive?

Any other info , pics etc

Thanks

Does this unit have bluetotth

From the pic this looks like an amundsen based on the rns 310 rather than the amundsen+ which is based on the rns 315.

Do you have the code and gps aerial? Also does it have UK maps or Western Europe maps?

Let me know as I may too be interested?

PM'd you.

Thanks

It's the CAR that has Bluetooth, not the radio. If you want Bluetooth and your car doesn't currently have it, you would have to add the Bluetooth module & mic etc.

The Amundsen is Bluetooth compatible but just fitting the Amundsen won't give you Bluetooth.

I would concur - it's an Amundsen, not the "+".

Just to clarify guys, this isn't the plus version (they actually have a + symbol on the unit) As previously mentioned before the unit it's self does not have Bluetooth but is compatible. I have a UK and Ireland maps disc that the system reads. The GPS aeriel is included.

Hope he answers you.

I made an offer days ago and haven't heard from him since.

Not as if he hasn't logged on either.

Good luck with it. ;(

Sounds like you have first dibs jerbear seems like a good buy.

I'll have second dibs if sale falls through.

Apologies for using the word dibs. I could think of a better word

It's only good if he actually sells it.....

Dibs sounds good to me lol

:)

He replied two three times to me but took a lot of effort to get a reply lol then heard nothing when it came to agreeing on a price, wouldn't waste your time here guys....

Same here...

Why advertise if you have no intention of selling.

Going to save a few more pennies for another Columbus now anyway.. ;)

Exactly...

The seller is just posting in a sales thread asking about buying something. :x

I had the intention to sell and did. I am sorry for the slow replies, it is not always convenient for me to reply.
