ARB Bushes

Featured Replies

Hey guys, I've got a polo 9n3 GTi with a 20mm ARB.
I'm fitting coilovers soon, with new top mounts, droplinks, powerflex console bushes but was going to do the ARB bushes while I'm at it.

I believe the polo (2007) would have the revised ARB which doesnt have the plastic sleeve lug. Online the price seems to be £30 for superpro or power flex bushes.. is there any reason to use polyurethane ones or are there uprated Skoda ones I could use?

Thanks!

You don't need uprated bushes at all because they don't do anything except locate the ARB and stop it rattling about, all the work is done by the torsional twisting force on the bar, fit new ones if yours are noisy otherwise don't bother at all.

I fitted powerflex ones on my Fabia.

They squeeked more than date night at Mickey and Minnie's house.

Swapped them back to standard as soon as i could.

Im about to have polybushes fitted tomorow so i will let you know.

Car drives miles better now its had all new parts fitted!
