My dealer is willing to code my superb to not only open the boot lid but also to close with button. And the dvd to run even when driving. But they use only ODIS and VAS.

Are there any tutorials/manuals how to code/change settings with these programs? Thanks

VAS and ODIS cannot do either of these because they are deemed safety features by the factory and therefore should not be removed. DVD in motion and the boot close on the button only be achieved with VCDS which can do a lot more than the dealers tools.

You can enable "boot closing" from keyfob + button next to the gearstick with VCDS.

Beware, you do need ORIGINAL VCDS to do this, not a Chinese knock-off. A mate's Superb wouldn't do it when you need to enter the security code, my genuine RT VCDS did work.

 

It's very handy to be able to close the boot from the fob and the inside button aswell.

 

VAS or ODIS don't have this AFAIK.
