As title suggests, i am infact now putting my wifes fabia up for sale as we have now found her a new car, before i Px it i would like to give you guys the chance to buy .

 

specs are:

 

Fabia mk1 comfort

Year: 02'

Mileage: 55k

Colour: Green (sorry bossfox its not fantasy green)

Service history: unfortunately not as i have done these myself.

MOT: Due in april, sailed through all MOT's since weve had it, brake pads changed on last mot is all .

 

Good points:

 

-Paintwork is great

-Runs + handles lovely

-low mileage for car of its age

-timing chain done at ~50k miles, will find reciept if proof required (only changed due to me hearing a slight rattle, rattle now gone )

-almost new tyres all round

-Badges changed a year or so ago due to sun killing them

-lovely colour

 

Not so good points:

 

-A stonechip on the rear of the car above the filler cap when we bought it that the previous owner had attempted to fill in with paint.

-small scuff on rear bumper

-light for coolant resevoir level flashes when the engine is cold, level is fine though and no water loss, suspect its the common problem with coolant tank probes as have changed it before a year or so ago and it dissapeared for about 8 months.

Couple of questions. How much MOT is left on it, is the engine 8v or 16v (excuse my ignorance I'm not too knowledgeable on Fabia spec), and where in the East Midlands are you with regards having a look ? Cheers.
