Can someone confirm if this part number is a suitable replacement for the intake flap motor on a bkd engine?

anyone with etka able to confirm whether the 'R' variant is suitable for the BKD engine?

I have a 140 2.0pd TDI BKD 55 plate. Have stripped and cleaned the intake manifold. There are no intake flaps on it anywhere that I have seen. Where are they?

Or do you mean the Anti stutter valve?

Or have I missed something?

That's a really old part number mate. From back in 2006, and has been discontinued for a good long time. If it's a "new" part then it's been sat on a shelf for years, if it's a used part then I really wouldn't.

Oh, and further investigation says it's for the BMN engine. You know the part number you need for the BKD engine, I told you some weeks ago. :nerd:

its a brand new part but ill leave it no point risking buying a part that may not fit, found genuine pierburg ones for £100 delivered, so might as well do it properly and get all mechanical stuff **** on before i start with all the exterior looks of the car
