Try blanking your servo connection to the plenum to eliminate a vacuum leak, don't drive it blanked, just see if the tickover settles at all.

read it put brand new vw skoda servo to throttle body pipe brakes have improved  tick over ok cold but plays up when car is warm

Coolant temperature sensor?

replaced bout month ago

think problem sorted it was down to broken reverse switch wire and temp sensor wire engine light been off for todays now 

Temp sensor wire fault would be consistent with this fault, I should think.  Reverse switch only relevant to whether your reversing lights are working or not.

didnt have any reverse lights put new switch in and still no luck checked plug and both wires had broke repaired them reset engine light and light been off 2 days now and car idles and drives 100 per cent now 

problem back again at a loss now to wat it is
