New springs and rarb

Featured Replies

Hey

Nice fabia just wondering if you remember the part number for the anti roll bar

Those mounts seem very close together on the RARB .

I have the Eibach springs and the RARB and it improves the car no end.

I fancy some Bilstein shocks next ..

It's more the angle of the photo. It doesn't matter too much where they are placed, as long as they don't foul anything. The rarb is tight and not going anywhere!

Not sure on the part number. It was ordered from awesome gti though.

It does matter where the mounts are placed did the kit not specify ?

I've got my rarb to fit and the kit hasn't come with any instructions surely just want to be spaced evenly

It would control the movement better if the mounts were further apart , think about how stock ones are mounted

Love that colour and wheel combo on the Fabia vRS. :-)

Me too. Can anyone confirm if the Bilsteins will soften the Eibachs ride compared to stock springs? I find the Eibachs take small bumps better than the stock springs, but can crash jarringly when taking bigger hits.

I agree but I think this is more to do with the damping rate of the shocks rather than the springs (although I am no suspension guru).

^^^ correct , so the better shocks , bilstiens, should give better control over the bigger bumps......

I will be fitting them, but maybe not until next year..... so nothing concrete from my experiance, just theory!

Sorry for bumping an older thread, but I am looking for the parts number for this as well, couldn't find it in any thread by searching. My local webshops have several for my make and model, so I want to make sure I get the right one. Did you ever find out joedemp?

The only details I found was a kit part number of

33325-3 containing 20mm front and 25mm rear

33325-VA for front

33325-HA2 for rear

Hope that helps oh I never fitted any
