My rears have finally given in to the cracking and I had to leave my wagon at the bus stop today.

 

I bought a set of Falken Ziex ZE-914 Ecorun 205/55 R16 W (91) 6 months ago for the fronts (£69.49 each) but they're pretty disapointing in the slippery cobbles and roads of Edinburgh. I only do town driving.

 

Any recomendations from any recent buyers? 

 

 

There's no such thing as a good tyre for cossies IME, more so these days when they only ever get polished by other tyres.

 

As a point of interest, what make are the cracked tyres on the back?
