I have been looking round my Amundsen a bit but have not found any displays that relate to the Climate Control settings.

 

Have any others here seen those settings on the post November 2014 Yeti Amundsen?

In the configurator it says  ""the screen also shows the settings for other vehicle functions like the air conditioning system and parking sensors""

 

on mine...albeit a 2012 car it briefly shows the settings after adjustment. It may be possible to adjust the duration of the message

Cannot find any options pertaining to that display at all, I feel that this is a change made on the post 2014 week 47 Amundsen.

In the November 2014 Yeti Owners Manual it states ""For vehicles with factory-fitted radio the Climatronic information also appears on its display. This function can be switched off, see » Radio manual""

In the November 2014 Infotainment manuals there is no mention of Climatronic at all in the Amundsen or Bolero manuals but in the May 2014 Amundsen and Bolero it's there with all settings in both.

Looks like its not been deleted in the Owners Manual but has gone missing from November 2014 on Infotainment systems
