Will a 2nd Gen Haldex Controller from another vehicle Fit My Octavia?

I have a 2006 Skoda Octavia with faulty Haldex controller and am struggling to find a used replacement.

Spotted a 2nd Gen example on eBay from a Volvo XC90 but am unsure as to whether it would be compatible.

I've heard that the controllers from an Audi A3 are the same, just wondered if anyone would be able to verify the above for me?
