He's genuine, and knows what he's on about. Good isn't really the word I would use as that implies there's some skill involved.  Good is a word I'd use for maybe a vehicle bodyshop sprayer, or a windscreen fitter, or a reupholsterer doing your car seats where the end result can be massively variable.

 

But if you prefer, then yes he's good.
