Hi

I'm interested in your phone was the phone unlocked by Apple and what carrier were you using . I ask this as I bought an unlocked iPhone years ago and if I tried to apply updates from Apple the phone just shut down .

Cheers Davy

Hi

The phone was on EE hence me wanting it unlocked [emoji57]

It's an official EE/Apple unlock. The phone isn't Jailbreaked.

I applied to them for it to be unlocked and I was emailed to confirm it was. They charged me £20 too. When I plugged it into iTunes I got the "Congratulations " message saying it's now unlocked. I don't have any problems with it updating. It's running the latest iOS 8.1.3.

It was a year ago it was unlocked and I've had no problems with it.

Hi, what is the battery life like?

  • Author

After 18 months it's been very good. Because I was previously on EE here where I work it was always struggling to find a signal so used the battery up quickly as it was always roaming. After I changed to O2 it was much better [emoji106]

It's been great. I'm OCD with my iPhones.

Very tempted by this. Currently have a 3GS haha

You will be amazed from a 3GS to a 5.

I recently updated from a 4 to a 5s and noticed a huge improvement on battery, screen, camera, speed and more!

Agreed.... I went from a 3GS to a 5 and there is a big difference between the two.

I've been through them all so far and the 5 does seem a big jump from previous iPhones

I'm on the iPhone 6 now. .

It's still here for sale [emoji106][emoji4]
