Hi there all let me introduce my self.

 

My name is Dave but most call me Buzz and I have just got my hands on a fantastic little Fabia VRS 6y in red, its already been chipped and go's like a rocket, I live in the southwest (Somerset) and look forword to maybe doing a little bit of tuning and catching up with you lot if you have any meets.

 

 

Oooo I have forgotten to say that ive been into VAG cars for most of my life with owning only one car that was not part of the group, this only lasted two weeks before getting rid! The cars I have owned are 3 vw polos, 2 MK1 Golf GTi's, 1 Seat, 1 Audi A3 and now my Little Skoda Fabia VRS, as you can tell i do like my VAG, i still have a Mk1 Golf GTi 8v running 170bhp and a Polo coupe S with a AFH 1.4 16v in her running around 145bhp ish LOL, it would be grate to hear from some of you as some of your cars look VERY well finished

Is your car a mk1 or a mk2 Fabia?

Vag is a good way to go for reliable well built cars.

Yep i must admit im a sucker for a old VW, my Fabia is  my 1 on a 06 plate, thanks for the welcome, can i just ask a question, whats the deal with not being able to get my hands on a battery cover for my VRS???????

Yup, especially after a few choice mods

To right, i know that mine has been chipped as i have a read out of 175bhp, i also want to get some coilovers and ive just got my self some 17" alloys, but thay do need a good refurb and i will not be able to lower it just yet as i wont be able to get it on my drive LOL umm ive been trying to put some pic's on hear of my car but having abit of trouble doing so, any hints????

You'll need a Photobucket account or similar.

I've got the above and is very simple to use. Once you have saved your picture to Photobucket, it gets allocated an "img" number that once pasted into the forum shows as a picture.

On that page, bottom right under "share links" copy what's in the "img" box and paste that directly on here and it will show the picture.

You can't be copying the information in the box correctly?!?

Did you copy from the first box, "email and Im" as what has been shown in you post above seems to be the same code in the first box on Photobucket when I click on the link?

umm its just coming up with "You are not allowed to use that image extension on this community."

hears a better pic of it. sorry its not a Skoda but i will be doing some things to me Fabia soon and will post some pics of what i have done soon. =]
