can somebody help me please

 

I bought skoda superb 1.9 tdi, 96 kw, 54 reg( 130.000 miles), i"ve change the oil but i am not sure if i use right one .

 

the one i"ve use is:

 

 

CASTROL edge FST fully synthetic

 SAE 5W-30

ACEA 3

VW 504 00 / 507 00

 

(How can i found if the engine is with or without pd?)

507.00 is fine for your 1.9 PD engine as it is suitable for car with or without DPF

It is a very good oil that is quite cheap via Euro car parts. I think I paid £33/34 for my four litres.

i was a bit worried because is my first skoda with  diesel engine and   the owner manual book give me diferent specification for oil ,

As willydog says go for 507.

Not sure which engine number your car has.

My 1.9 TDI PD with the AWX engine needs VW 505.01. 

Some say that the VW 507.00/504.00 is also ok, but I wouldn't bet for that.

VW507.00 is absolutely fine for the AWX (IIRC the manual even states it)

I have always used VW 507.00, never need to top up between yearly changes.
