Help please,.....I currently own a 2008 pauper spec fabia 1, I am wondering, is it possible to retrofit the dashboard glove box covers,

which my car has not got!...sob...it looks to me, a lower box could fit, but the upper dash is one moulded piece and could prove 

difficult......has anybody done this mod.

I have a suspicion that it is not possible - you would need a dashboard that's got all the hinges to accomodate those covers.

There is no way to retro fit the glovebox lids. There iirc 3 types of dashboard. The basic with no lids ...the 2 lid type. The 2 lid type with media .

Its a different dash i think.

The higher spec cars also have a soft touch dash

Thanks guys,....something tells me my ownership will be fairly short lived....

I have to say though, car is solid, and well built!
