Hi guys, took my car to my local garage to try and sorce my knocking noise.

 

They found slight play in my steering rods (the ones that go into the steering rack) got them both repalced and tracked up for £40 cannot complain!

 

But still have a knocking noise, they looked at everything apart from the top mounts so I guess its them, having had AP coiliovers for just over a year I dont think its too bad.

 

What do people reccomend? I've seen these on eBay:

Since I put coilovers on my front left makes a hell of a noise!

Really loud clunk every now and then, normally when I accelerate hard and brake hard.

I do know my arb bushes are shot, when everything is disconnected the movement between the mount and bush is scary!

Bought exact same top mounts from same seller, stopped the knocking made it feel much better and the seller was helpful as well.
