Well got down to stripping the fans out of the car, The smaller of the two fans has never worked, So took it apart and found that one of the brushes wasn't contacting the commutator inside the motor, It was stuck in it's holder. Freed it up and generally give it a clean, Put it back together and it works  :clap:.........I know a few people have had the same problem, So before buying a new fan motor, Check the brushes to make sure they are free moving...Easy enough job to tackle.
