I was busy searching on google for a bodyshop in Camberley before I realised that this is a far better place to seek recommendations. 

 

Have just gone out to my octavia estate to top up the tyre pressures I have noticed a small dent to the side of the wheel and some paintwork damage. Clearly someone has reversed into me and then decided to drive off. I will leave judgement to others. 

 

Nevertheless I am keen to get it fixed so as not to compromise the paintwork. Could you please suggest somewhere for me to take my car to get it repaired. Either local to Camberley or Leatherhead.

I've used Chipsaway on previous cars and never had an issue.  Might be worth a call.

Try Premier panel skills at Farnham, They repaired the wife's old Fabia mk1 when someone scrapped the rear wheel arch.

D K Autos in Aldershot hace a very good rep and are opposite Garland Motors the local Skoda dealer.

Mark and his Dad Steve in the bodyshop at Inchcape Toyota Sandhurst do both alloywheel refurbishment and bodywork/paint.  They did some work for me and I was very impressed.

I have used Rainbow at Farnborough twice, paint finish good on both occasions. However on the last occasion they have struggled to refit the tailgate properly. Not sure I would use them again.

Thanks for the suggestions. I will get a few quotes and see what's what. How do I know if they're skoda approved? Would that affect my paint warranty?

Premier Panel Skills list Garland as a 'partner' and I think they quoted me a five year warranty on the repair.

If you want a warranty repair you will have to use a approved repairer nearest to you would be Fast Lane in Guildford .

My MK3 Octavia is going in next week as somebody drove into it and drove off causing damage. Will not put on here what I think of them.
