I bought some FORTE diesel treatment from ebay, the seller will not ship it until i give them my Reg plate... WHY? 

 

I have asked them and all they will say is they cant send it until i provide them my reg plate :P

 

Im prity sure the FORTE diesel treatment is a generic formula and not reg plate specific ...

 

Any thoughts?

Give them another derv burners number plate and see the outcome or make one up

Why you don't want to give them your reg. number is more to the point?

Because it seems so strange ... do halfords ask for your plate when buying additives? 

 

Forte diesel treatment is a one for all diesel product ... whats the need? they are refusing to post until i give it to them lol

Does it state in the listing you must provide registration?

If so that's why they want it,probably says it on all there listings regardless of what part/product it is.

you're not obliged to disclose any info. Just don't buy it, it's probably snake oil any way and you may as well p155 your money up the wall or buy a few jazz mags.
