Forgive me if this has been asked before - I did search through prior to posting, but drew a blank.

Basically, what does the BRI part of Briskoda stand for?

It's formed from overlapping the words "Brisk" and "Skoda".

Nope, brisk, as in nippy, quick, speedy, shifts, fast, etc

Sorry, but anyone who pronounces it bry-skoda hasn't seen the light regarding the "brisk" element.
