Can anyone help ??

When I reverse down the drive with left hand lock on, when the car about to come onto the camber of the drive I get a clonk noise from what appears to be the drivers side front

It also happens at the same junction when pulling out with left lock on and that junction is also on a camber

Can anyone point me in the right direction to look at because I now it won't happen if I take it to the garage
