Ah looks good does that might have to raid the savings lol

I had one on my fabia until it went last month. You need a flexible oil feed pipe, and 2 egr blanking plates + gaskets. The compressor side needs clocking (rotating round) to match up to the existing pipe work, only takes 5 mines. Other than that its a bolt on job. Should take 3-4 hours.

Cheers man, when you say 2x egr blanking plates and gaskets, what are these for?  also is the standard oil feed pipe not usable, it is flexible but not very long. How long did your turbo last, if its not very hardy i will forget it, im more after reliability than gains.

if you have a look at your egr valve you'll see a metal pipe running from that to the turbo. The pd150 set up is different so blanking plates are used. Better for the car anyway as no nasty hot gas in the inlet side. Your eml will come on but that can be mapped out by faboka.

The standard pipe is a hard pipe and doesn't move that much so you may damage it in the process. Its probably fine if you drop the turbo out the bottom but its a lot more of a hassle as drive shafts need removing.

I think you mean the oil return under the turbo, short 90 degree one. That's reusable.

Mine was 7 months old. Was fine running standard map and pd150 but when it was mapped to 180bhp I had a air leak causing over boosting and damaged the compressor. Still drove it for a month perfectly fine.

And was pretty quick.

I'd recommend putting self tappers in your pipes to avoid this (there's a guide on here)
