As the topic title says, I have just bought my first car and managed to jump into the deep end with a black 2007 Octavia VRS PD170 with 18" alloys.

Mechanically she is sound with a great interior but needs a fair bit of work done to the body. Lots of spider webbing and most panels have orange peel coupled with a few dings and scratches. As the insurance is a bit steep at the moment, I am mostly going to look to improve the bodywork first before considering anything else.
